I can only assume you have never run a business because you seem to be fixated on dictating to the the AI processor consumer, what they want or need in their products at this point in time. You are like the guy that continues to shout from the rooftops that Google Glass is the best thing since sliced bread, and don't seem to notice no one no one is buying it.

The most important indicator of what a consumer wants/needs is to see how they vote with their feet. At this point, there is no clear indication they are rushing to Akida to fulfil their wants. They are clearly finding many other solutions out there that service their requirements. Furthermore, we still don't know whether the Akida technology is mature or robust enough at this point for it to be commercially successful. Intel may well have deliberately held off from releasing a commercial version of Loihi at this point because neuromorphic technology in general is not quite ready for the big time.

Rob Telson himself acknowledged how difficult it is out in the market when he said (see here at the 10:07 mark):

"so we we have from a sales standpoint a customer engagement standpoint you know we have our work cut out for us but we wouldn't want it any other way because as we both know this is a process and we're moving through that process..."
