We all have our different perspectives, but eMite is a small fish in a rapidly shrinking pond. Genesys now offer their full analytics as a service for all the wrll known corporate BI tools, and as they move the Connect and Engage crowd over to cloud CIO's will have decisions to make, bring in a new tool or hook up to existing ones.
eMite has some great features, and covers Genesys and AWS well, not so much anything else. So unless they keep the innovation stream active and agile, they are going to be isolated as a niche player.
