Thanks for posting. Did check this one briefly, but if I understand correctly they don’t provide (yet) “interactive ai”. So technically they are not a competitor (yet).

Deepbrain AI, and some of the others posted above (Neon and Trulience) seem to offer the same interactive solutions. Deepbrain seems to provide even a “kiosk-like” model… So I do agree with your question: why does Idan think there is no direct competitor… would be interesting to know if he is aware of the complete competitive landscape, as the longer I search the more the landscape figure in pitts street post seems incorrect
