The directors have more than acknowledged competition.... the way I have heard them speak goes a step further to suggest that they genuinely welcome competitors as they know that the potential market is huge. Those who tuned in to the most recent webinar will remember the comment 'we can't deal with the volume of enquiries that we have now'. So I guess one potential benefit of reputable competitors is a good place to send the customers that WBT can't manage.
There has also been the suggestion that strong competitors actually help to increase the awareness of the benefits of this type of technology. Weebit has made it clear that they neither want, nor need, nor can supply 100% of the market.
