competitor for lum ?? led outdoor advert

looks like they are changing what they do
todays ann. outdoor 'led' advertising trial program to start
just around the corner in Richmond Vic
just a baby
no time to check the technicalities of how it differs from LUM
but at .023 could be worth a punt
and the directors have a good reputation
unless someone here can tell me any different
