Thanks Fraccas. You are right. Tradewindow did raise $15m this year @92cents a share before the listing, so they do have decent cash on balance sheet for now. To add further no capital was raised on listing as they didn't need more for now. NZX listing was mainly for compliance and transparency purposes as it helps do business with the government and other big companies around the world.
Plus got a good backing of ASB which holds approx.22% and some other well know companies on the register. They are going really strong with their blockchain technology which in my opinion would set them apart. Wisetech is great too just that Tradewindow seems a bargain compared to price and potential.
