It's highly relevant because the difference is CSIRO valve development is funded by the government aka the taxpayer pays for it all and takes all the risk..(just like folks have falsely used the CSL analogy in the past) but the only way AHZ valve development can/will? be funded is by capital raised from outside shareholders - which will massively dilute all existing holders (again)...but shhhhhhhhh don't mention that!!!!
