Harris Scarfe was widely reported by the press that saw copies of the receivers IM as being cash positive and solvent - just unable to repay the debt. Odd that Allegro bought a company and took on an intercompany debt then immediately put it into receivership to collect it...after a week. Its an incredible way to cash in on unsecured creditors. That situation is beyond stinky...hello class action...

All MOZ brands (including NoniB) are 50-70% off all year round. Theyre hamstrung by the discount cycle. To be -4% to close of October then land at -8% YTD suggests that Nov & Dec were diabolical...this in light of the fact that retailers widely lauded the cyber period in late November and ABS numbers were up. Something not right there...and at the risk of appearing incredibly insensitive, I assume the stock donation saved them from a write-off. I dont hold MOZ but if I did would sell at pace. The business model of growth through acquisition and supply chain synergy only works for so long...then the music stops.

I think ADH is an absolute winner and trades at unders. With every day Myer and DJ's get worse these guys get stronger with more upside IMHO. A fantastic business with a highly reputable CEO. Onward and upward!
