See PDO is getting into the Toxic Waste business, they appear to have the more sophisticated equipment, mobile as against Tox's two fixed plants, hence the transport of the waste is not so hazardous, also Tox's equipment appears to be dated compared to what PDO and their partners propose. Will watch with interest as PDO is a tightly held and diverse with it's exposure to the lucrative mining industry.
