This is why I believe that EdenCrete will be able to replace steel reinforcement in a lot of cases (not all!) i.e. due to its ability to ensure consistent crack width (as well as a whole raft full of other advantages).

Rubbish. Research published by Deakin University shows that Edencrete cannot replace steel reinforcing. It doesn't protect against catastrophic failure or substantially improve tensile strength. In fact the only commercial use of Edencrete has been in pavement where tensile strength and preventing catastrophic failure (the primary purposes of steel reinforcing) is basically irrelevant.
