anyone know any major competitors to ref in Aus or UK ?

Just trying to understand the real reasons for the declining revenue and weighting each reason for the decline. Is it because there are:

1. More viable competitors so less dialers to their numbers?

2. A poor advertising strategy and therefore less dialers?

3. The more mobile originated vs fixed the less dialers?

3. A business in terminal decline due to other competing contact methods that cost less?

I would be interested to know anyone's thoughts re the decline?
