There is a lot riding on PWEP for a world wave energy future, it would seem. I am comforted by the wealth of experience on the CWE board. When I look at the executive at some other I see shady characters and artists impressions, not photographic results. It is a shame the Reunion project hasn't been the success we would have expected as a stepping stone to PWEP. However, having worked with the French before I have observed that they have relaxed relationship with time. In response to failed deadlines they are inclined to shrug and walk off.
