Watching the whole video, I'm still not really sure what they are doing differently to competitors. They offer an outsourcing service which I'm sure is great but its nothing new. There is a large TAM if they nail the service at a lower cost but companies like ANZ have had these services done overseas for years. I do however expect advisers will gravitate towards these services more over time.

Im only posting here because I am interested in the company and potentially holding the stock but I still haven't seen them post anything of substance that demonstrates their moat.
