and i guess thanks to the RBA (not RBA no offence!) for providing a bit of room
its a pain living on margin loans but hopefully the market turmoil has created some nice pickings for your truely
PS I hold ESI, NAB, ANZ, LLC, MQG, CYL, MBA, IPM.... plus ABS, BBP, CNP,BNB, (yeah i know some are now worthless)
ESI is about 50% of portfolio... i hope 90% when things settle due to natural re-rating
