The following snippet from today's Herald Sun (page 7) is somewhat applicable to ESI's Coldry technology and future funding opportunities.
"Kevin Rudd says projects jostling for a piece of the $20 billion infrustructure funding will have to prove that they 'stack up'. The Prime Minister today will outline how the Government will determine which projects get on the National Infrastructure Priority List.
The criteria will include whether the project helps Australia compete, cut greenhouse gases and improve quality of life, develop areas and expand productivity".
