Please see my post 14/1/15 on what I believe is a course of action by ASIC on behalf of shareholders who bought in between December 11 2013 & suspension 17/3/2014 together with comments from a major law firm.
You need to draw our own conclusions & for any aggrieved shareholders who believe funding announcements were misleading, or warrant further investigation by the regulator, to make individual complaints to ASIC.
