As a shareholder who has lost a sizable sum (for me) on this Company, thanks for the effort you have shown to see whether there is any recourse for those who believed in this Company. I had this in two portfolios and transferred one parcel into superfund where I thought it would sit for the long term, eventually coming good when the POS recovered. The fact they had funding 'available' was a sign that, to me, others (that mattered) believed in a positive outcome as well. I do think the announcements maybe did not reflect the true situation, in my opinion, but when it boils down to it, I don't think my opinion will matter.
Yes, we should all get off our rear ends and follow through with ASIC; however, it is a sign of the times (and the organisation) that most think it is a waste of time.
