I complained about lack of disclosure.
Is Simon interested in buying the business or not? He cant just walk away and ignore genuine offers, and not bring something else to the table.
I appears as if he is treating EPY as his own private business. If that's what he wanted, he shouldn't have listed it on the ASX!
