    On the 11 September I lodged a complaint to the ASX concerning the lack of information being supplied to the market concerning Permit PL171.
    Yesterday I received a reply from the ASX.
    For your information."The company has,at ASXMS request,made a further announcement to the ASX dated 30 September 2009 to clarify the postion regarding the provision of drilling reports,("New Announcments")........"
