It seems NAIF provided me with documents saved as an images which has meant I am not able to post the FOI Response on HotCopper as I would like.

I understand I need OCR, (Optical Character Recognition), capacity to post the FOI Response as I would like to. A version of it is on the other thread.

This may explain why NAIF has not sent me a file with the document, (the FOI Response), as I requested.

Somehow, I did get it to Chat-GPT. Chat-GPT has analysed the document and generated a document bringing things together.

Thanks for your concern Tinwins. I have seen what can happen when people pursue and expose Government malfeasances. In my case, keeping going with exposing what went on, including Commissioner Brereton's blatant abuse of power and Inspector Furness's reluctance to act), helps keep me amused and occupied.

I have avoided the trap set by the likes of ASIC and the Takeover Panel who encourage complainants to engage lawyers to take them on. In pursuing NAIF, over both the illegal Skip Capital and the J-Power schemes I recently incurred my first expense; $20US for Chat-GPT.

It is going to be revealing to see Commonwealth Ombudsman Anderson's initial response to my complaint to him. I suspect there might be collusion between him, Brereton and Furness to determine a joint strategy for seeing me off.

What is also going to be revealing is the NAIF Act Review Panel's report; meant to be tabled in parliamnet with fifteen sitting days of 12 February 2025.
