Im confused, are you saying we are more likely to see our money (10cents) if we vote no?

surly your argument should run as follows:

Given the extreme uncertainty if the first resolution isn't passed by 75%, all holders who wish to see (any money) 10cents in the near term should speedily vote YES to all resolutions.

In the absence of a 75% majority, G-d only knows when we might get our money, and its certainly unlikely that we will get the full 10 cents.

Vote YES, should be the obvious conclusion to your concerns (unless your letting your -justified- disdain for the board cloud your judgment).
