I’m not sure. When I click that link I provided it goes straight to the “Report of Misconduct” section but maybe it’s saved some setting for me already.

Another way to get there is to go to:

https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/contact-us/reporting-misconduct-to-asic/

then click on Listed public companies (under ASIC regulates

then go to the bottom and click Make a report of misconduct to ASIC

then click Report misconduct now (under Making a report a bit over half way down)

That takes you to the start of the process (hopefully!).
