Another way to get there is to go to:

https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/contact-us/reporting-misconduct-to-asic/

then click on Listed public companies (under ASIC regulates

then go to the bottom and click Make a report of misconduct to ASIC

then click Report misconduct now (under Making a report a bit over half way down)

That takes you to the start of the process (hopefully!).

Thanks i found it.

There is a few points i can choose. Then one as director would be the Conflict of interests as a director. Is this what you advise?
There is also Removed funds from the company ( was thinking about the purchase price of MNZ or the 1m to brainpack or the fake R&D transactions to make it look like revenue was growing)
There is also the one about they being in dispute with other directors which i believe he has had disputes with the former board.
Also making claims that are untrue. ( R&D crap)

Conflict of interests seems the most advisable one?
