    Hi all,
I am a first time poster but long time voyeur on this thread. Well I have finally come to the end of my tether with Brockman and the antics of Wah Nam. I have just submitted a complaint to ASIC requesting they investigate the clear manipulation of the share price to the detriment of minority shareholders. I do not hold out much hope for anything to result from my complaint but I felt i needed to do something to hold Wah Nam to account. I hope other holders take similar action which may force ASIC to sit up and take notice.
Although I hold out hope that we ultimately may receive fair value, I now regret buying back in after I took a healthy profit after the shares went over $5.
I hope we have enough shares collectively to force Wah Nam to offer a fair cash offer, so I intend to hold out as long as possible as I have nothing to lose since I am well down at the moment. Hopefully I can recover some losses.
