as angry as people are PLEASE read your posts before they hit the screen, make sure there is nothing that a director can use against you in a court of law. It is my understanding, it has happened before that a director has taken a H.C. poster to court for defamation or such charge.
secondly IF you say something untoward or slanderous you are contravening H.C. rules and the thread will be closed. End of the discussion.
Just keep it vague and polite and if one of us does get an ASIC response it can be disseminated.
