Please check your inbox. Have sent you some information that I received from an internal source re: the CN that was approved and initiated earlier in the year. The allegations are hearsay and not for public viewing and prosecution at this stage, however it does come from a reliable internal source and paints an alternate picture as to what the author of the CN had in mind.
Hopefully ASIC can and will fully investigate the untimely CN offer, the way it was marketed to shareholders and its effect on shareholder value, in addition to the other complaints and allegations that yourself and other current and former shareholders may have.
