For anyone thinking about making a complaint and thinking its not worth it take a look at some of these responsibilities of a company director and have a think about how you've been treated as a shareholder..
Then decide if doing 'nothing' is the right course of action..
- Duty to act honestly
- Duty not to improperly use inside information or position
- Duty not to abuse a corporate opportunity
- Duty of care and diligence
