I submitted a complain re the matter of this consolidation to ASX re unmarketable parcels which many holders will face when this sorry sad state of a company ever are able to trade again. Hope this helps guys. Over and out from me. All the very best to all, good luck with your future investing. I can't wait in time to confront some of these directors into the future when they give presentations to raise cash if they indeed ever get employed again. Karma.

ASX refers to your online report dated 12 June 2018 raising concerns about the effect on shareholders of the proposed consolidation of EGO’s securities as part of a deed of company arrangement in respect of EGO, with the consolidation being approved by EGO shareholders on 8 June 2018. ASX would like to thank you for making the time and effort to bring these matters to its attention. These types of communications are an important source of intelligence for ASX in performing its role of monitoring and enforcing compliance with the ASX Listing Rules. In this case, however, ASX regrets to advise that it is not able to take any action in relation to the matters you have raised. ASX can only investigate and take action in relation to breaches of its Listing Rules. The conduct of a consolidation is a matter regulated by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) rather than by ASX under the Listing Rules – however, you should note EGO’s announcement of 22 June 2018 which announces a delay to completing the consolidation. If you wish to pursue this matter further, you will need to do so with ASIC rather than ASX. You will need to contact EGO and its share registry regarding unmarketable parcels and off-market transfers. ASX notes that, under the Listing Rules, a listed entity may conduct an unmarketable parcel sale facility and for its share registry to process off-market transfers, provided certain conditions are met. More information about the types of matters that fall within ASX’s jurisdiction and those that fall within ASIC’s jurisdiction can be found it on our website at: http://www.asx.com.au/documents/about/corporations-act-vs-listing-rules-matters.pdf

You can raise your concerns directly with ASIC using its online complaint service. This will ensure that the complaint is logged in your name and that ASIC can communicate directly with you about the complaint. You can access the ASIC complaint service at:
