Complaint to CYM

The way how the SPP was conducted is totally unacceptable. Despite of the absolute discretion, the management should follow basic rules of fairness and good faith. The SPP did not indicate it would close early if oversubscribed. Shareholders might have borrowed money with costs to participate in the SPP, but because of the inappropriate conducts, some of us get nothing. I even sold off some shares because of the SPP, from which I believe I could at least get some shares back if I applied for the maximum amount at 15c.
Damage has been suffered.
Anyone who has not been allocated any share is invited to complain to the company together as a group.
We need act soon before the refund.
