To those of you lodging official complaints with the relevant oversight authorities, I think one of the strongest complaints I have heard here is that some shareholders didn't receive the offer document via the mail until AFTER the company had closed off the SPP (early). This is a real problem IMHO because it is my understanding that all shareholders rank equally under the law. The scale-back complaints may not be a strong in law because it depends on the extent to which the relevant listing rules and laws allow directors the freedom to act with discretion in deciding the scale-back. First in best dressed is a fairly common practice.
