MEO should not have diluted shareholders
They should of finalised negotiations with their prospective partners, with them knowing that if MEO didn't agree to every unreasonable demand - MEO would lose Artemis.
MEO should of relied on the good will of a major international corporation. There is no way that they would let MEO fall and get a better deal from CUE/MOG.
If we "needed" insurance - I wanted it for nothing.
Surely RAA would of offered one of those "here is $27million just in case you needed it xmas deals"
FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN MEO'S HISTORY - WE CAN NOW SAY ARTEMIS IS SAFELY IN OUR HANDS.
The dilution is minimal compared to the reality.
