    something strange here. a person was complaining that rental returns on her unit were not as much as promised by the real estate agent who sold her the units. s8 does not sell units - s8 manages the building. and we all know that agents exaggerate returns to facilitate the sale of the units. this has been going on since mankind started selling real estate hundreds of years ago. cannot see what is has to do with s8.
