Another good post, Lancelots. Thanks. Must say I understand the griping less and less as time goes by. First we have the complaint that the money from the CR/SPP isn't enough to implement the business plan on the scale required. Now, when we do a deal which represents a serious foot in the door with global ramifications moving forward, using what resources we DO have, we get complaints that it's inconsequential if not irrelevant.
Birdmanz, I'm glad you said it - DHL. I know we all read it, funny how something like that gets glossed over or completely ignored.
How do you value formal relationships with clients like Sterling/Community Specialists and Xtend? By taking up our products they instantly become Key Opinion Leaders and Champions for TZL in a way that money can't buy, certainly, not the money we've got!
The've seen the technology, they've tested it, they know it is a quantum leap forward compared to anything else available, they know it differentiates them from their competition and thus adds value not only to their clients, but more importantly to their own business, and thus they see value in actively promoting it to their clients globally, which in turn must inevitably add value to TZL.
When you're talking clients of the size and reach of BAT and DHL, I truly do not understand how anyone in their right mind can find fault. Or why?
KMSmith, the Armaguard suggestion isn't half bad either. I would imagine our products are perfect for this industry. Globally.
