I totally agree with you, Tony.
As a top 20 shareholder I have lost a great deal of money over this deal with KZL.
I have already written to ASIC with my complaint and am writing another letter to them at the moment about the letter sent to shareholders containing the "Independant Experts Report".
The only way any action will be taken to stop this sale is if enough people write in and complain.
Go to the ASIC website www.asic.gov.au
then "about ASIC" in the far right hand corner
then "contact us" and then "make a complaint".
You are then given a form which shows you how to complain about companies or people.
It can be done online or mailed.
It will only take a short time, but if you want some action, I strongly recommend that you do it.
