    Now, its 3% creep per annum, till 50% (18mths), then DES becomes a "consolidated" P&L entity

    No need for PRT to spend anymore - they have complete control

    This may be a very good thing, as PRT will see this grow, and its debts are now gone. Strategy will be cohesive and decisive
