Seems the market likes the idea of bringing in the professionals. I like the idea of introducing a stronger performance culture in all aspects of management and the increased focus on consolidation. Obviously their two main concerns.
I guess they didn't wake up yesterday and decided to make a few changes, this has been planned for sometime.
