    I’m not sure you understand how CROs work, I wouldn’t focus blame there. They simply provide the people resources to run trials that the sponsor company, in this case BIT, doesn’t have itself in house. They are governed by and take direction from the client (BIT) who’s paying them.
    This is a failing company not because of a CRO, but 100% down to BIT leadership . Horrific underperformance and delays are of BIT’s making, not the CRO, whatever BIT leadership may have you believe.
