So they’re throwing the Cro under the bus eh. CROs do make promises when they’re touting for business , maybe they were truly incompetent but then a competent client would get rid of them. There is no law that says you’ve got to stick with 1 Cro. But if the client sponsor is equally or more incompetent and doesn’t properly oversee the Cro they’re paying, you got recipe for disaster. . even more curios now which Cro they used. all investors need to accept that sole responsibility for a debacle like this lies with BIT.
