The fact that they chose to never even inform shareholders of the mistake is a breach of their duties. They clearly chose to hide the fact that the CRO chosen was not capable of doing the work required in a reasonable timeframe.

It is 100% BIT's Fault.

Why did they choose that CRO in the first place?

Why didn't they do their research properly,
Or even ask the CRO for an estimate of timelines?

Then why did they make an un-achievable timeline,
That in no way resembled how long previous trials took to get results back?

What's the deal with Michelle apparently saying "Options will be in the money"?

They are not keeping Shareholders Informed,
And have made misleading statements about timelines that are now over a Year Late !!!!

It is not good enough and Shareholders have been taken for a ride.

How dare they take wages for doing nothing but waiting !!!!

Shareholders have paid Michelle over $6 Million is wages,
Yet nothing has ever been achieved !!!!

They need to release the Covid Trail Results ASAP,
They should not be receiving ANY Wages until that occurs.

In the case of a Class Action they should be sued for every cent they ever got from BIT

We were told Covid Results would be out a Year Ago,
That was clearly FALSE.

Many shareholders were tricked,
And if they were told the truth would not have invested.

It really does not make sense that their aren't even any preliminary Covid Results released yet?

How could that even be possible?

It's the most simple out of all the Trials and well and truly should be out by now.
