The 30c too high comment is clearly talking about the price per share, not market cap. You need to look at market cap/ expected earnings / resources etc.
The 'high' 30c price is simply a reflection of the fact that there are very few shares on issue, compare to most juniors. So it may look expensive to the newcomer vs other 3c -5c juniors.
Look at market cap for valuation, not share price.
