If BOK come out with under performance in their quarterly then all credibility gone -
The team might be great (or were great) operators but they should stick to private company space if public co land not for them. Very disappointing - Polymetals IPO all over again ! Sproule understands projects but not capital markets.
They need a public Co CEO - no surprises when the last one left the share price was $0.60 equivalent and since then its gone south and recently nowhere- Board mix appears under done in this areas.- Their "big brother Trainstone must be getting nervous on their investment (equity not the debt) as they are fully secured unlike shareholders - come on BOK true believers are struggling to keep the faith.
