I have done my research on TB8 and reached a clear view on the company background and company valuation

just to provide a lead for your own research:

- search on how those 3 entities are related and what are their business models in China： FC浙江信富，广东格旺，广东天美富硒
- Simply by searching those 3 entities via www.baidu.com  ( equivalent to google search in Australia ).the deeper you can search the more interesting it gets

Lastly, as my sincere and good-willed advice to fellow Australian investors "stay FAR AWAY from TB8".

Let's mark this post down now and re-visit it in 12-18 months to see whether I get it completely wrong or completely right.

(Disclosure: I bought in last week at 13 cents due to insanely cheap valuation - based on announced financials of course, and I sold out at 13 cents this week after I done my own research outside of company announcements, small amount overall )
