The Finance Director was employed for 4 months in the year ended 2008 but was employed for 12 months in the year ended 2009 - maybe that explains something...?
Also, in the Remuneration report a company is required to report on Directors/Executives who were in place during the current year (2009). A review of the 2008 Remuneration report (in the 2008 Annual Report) shows total Director/Exec remuneration of $1.9m, versus $1.2m in the 2009 - a decrease of $0.7m.
Also, the SP is not 0.01cents it is $0.017
Do you think I have got it wrong?
