Good point and not at all a trivial amount.
You can see that I let far too many golden coins fall between the cracks. :-)
Bill has indicated in the past that DIK will not support greater tonnages (anybody wish to comment?). So I come to the view that the extra capacity can be brought online one of the new developments. If this is so, output could jump significantly and in quick time.
