A 1 for 10 rights issue TO SHAREHOLDERS at $1 per share should raise in the order of $50 million. For mine, that would be the most sensible route (with maybe a marginal sale of mauritanian acreage equity - possibly to ROC which has already indicated some interest in increasing thier mauritanian exposure by a couple of percentage points).
