I don't know of any way to get your body fat percentage accurately at home (bathroom scales are NOT accurate, they using a guessing algorithm). You need to get a DEXA scan to get an accurate body fat percentage count which will cost upwards of $50 AUD and travel and time and bookings blah blah.

Or. You can download Bearn, utilise their in-app scanning with MYQ's technology. Free atm, or $2USD (Maybe more for Bearn's cut when they start charging - but irrelevant since you'll pay with in-app credits earned through exercising) and get it done in 30 seconds at home with your smartphone. The body fat percentage comes out to be a .1% difference to a DEXA scan - that's how accurate it is. The other thing is that you will get accurate body measurements of each part. You'll find out exactly how your thighs are doing compared to 2 weeks ago, or your hip size etc. You can compare the figures, or compare the visuals with your digital avatar. You can decide if you have chicken legs and schedule a few leg days, or you can decide your chest needs a better workout just by browsing the digital avatar.

The other positives, as you've mentioned yourself is that it has combined measuring tools into an app. What you overlooked as nothing special, is exactly the reason why MYQ is the future. Scanning machines and physical measuring tools will soon be a thing of the past as technology continues to innovate and develop to make things more efficient and easier for the user at less cost and effort. That has always been the point of technology, and it is exactly what MYQ is setting out to achieve.

You also seem to be narrowly focused on the fitness vertical. Don't forget the uses of this technology for online apparel when buying on a store and being unsure of the fit. Not knowing how low a skirt goes, or how far down your cuffs will reach on your arm etc. Then there's insurance. Insurance providers are able to better understand the health and health risks of their clients with the scanning data from MYQ. They can better calculate the premiums they charge and not over/undercharge unfairly or to create whole new products for different risk groups. The possibilities are literally endless for insurance providers. Corporate wellness has also been gaining steam. With Australian corporates like Bupa, Telstra, etc. focusing more and more on employee mental and physical wellness. What better way to track the health of your workers than with Wellteq's platform integrated with MYQ's tech (Feel free to read up on more details of Wellteq's platform and their partnership with MYQ in this regard) They have already launched the product with Toll Australia and it is currently live and earning.

Another vertical. Telehealth. How can the doctor diagnose a patient without sight. Without seeing whether one part is swollen or not etc. Hey. MYQ's tech can provide an accurate digital avatar. And it can provide a heap of other measurements such as blood pressure, body fat % etc.etc. This data may actually allow GP's to better diagnose a patient than in person where they will not have such specific data. Which goes onto the next point ... hospitals. Already there is ongoing clinical studies in the oncology department at Blueguide, where they are using MYQ's tech to replace traditional methods to calculate and document increasing or diminishing body surface area for chemo, pain medication and other supportive drugs. It is an important step in the medical field as these traditional methods are slow and more resource intensive with a lot of room for human error. The digital documentation and visualisation is then also able to help medical professionals and researchers in the field to identify trends and collaborate on further intervention and research. This is a game breaking change happening in that field alone and it has largely been overlooked by the market.

Now. I haven't even talked about Completehealth yet. That's right. This is MYQ's body scan on demand tech. Completehealth ... That's another ball game, and takes everything to the next level. Integrated with Nuralogix's tech, they are able to diagnose present symptoms and future risk in an individual using thousands of data points from your face, to your eyes, to their movement, color, pigmentation, all the way down your body. The app provides assessments on multiple levels such as: blood pressure, stress, heart rate, irregular heartbeat, respiratory rates, emotion, total body fat, waist to height ratio, waist to hip ratio, cardiovascular disease risk, type 2 diabetes risk and stroke risk. Wow, can you please tell me a doctor that can give me my assessment on all these fields just by looking at me for 30 seconds? And if he can, how much do I need to pay him compared to how much I pay MYQ? (Spoiler alert: thousands of times more and also no doctor or machinery like that exists). Completehealth already has massive attention and demand from multiple businesses across many industries globally. If you have been following the announcements, originally MYQ planned to only share it with a few key partners, but now within a short few months, they are demoing the products for scores of businesses and in the process of signing multiple term sheets to secure commercial deals around the app. This app uses MYQ and Nuralogix's existing tech, and the MYQ team put the thing together in a short few months and worked quicker than I've seen any developer go to put it together.

So yeah. You're absolutely right float. Your bathroom scales at home do the same thing.
