Completion of compulsory acquisition of Avanco.

OZ Minerals confirms that it has completed the acquisition of all the outstanding shares in Avanco Resources Limited (Avanco) in accordance with the compulsory acquisition process announced on 29 June 2018. Accordingly, OZ Minerals (through its wholly owned subsidiary OZ Minerals Brazil (Holdings) Pty Ltd) now owns 100% of the shares in Avanco.

Claim forms will be sent to Avanco shareholders whose shares were compulsorily acquired.
