The Notice of Meeting for shareholders to ratify this first tranche and more importantly approve of the second tranche needs 28 days notice. But I don't believe that for that entire period of time RED will be stuck at 15.5 cents - remember, this pricing was agreed when the share price was much higher and it has only gravitated to this level due to the gold price affecting all gold stocks in the past 4 trading days.

Also note, that we are likely to get an update re Mapawa during the next month and that could have a considerable positive impact on RED. As well as RED confirming the appointment of certain contractors for development works.
