COMPLETION OF PHASE 2 DRILLING AT TAKATOKWANE
Key Points:
? Diamond Drilling of a targeted Indicated Resource at 1km x 1km spacing
completed.
? Drilling located over shallow, wide seams with known lower sulphur content.
? Wide thicknesses of Seam 2 were intersected at shallow depths;
o Of 23 holes drilled, all intersected coal and 18 intersected the wider,
mineable seam 2.
o Eleven of 18 holes reflect a net seam thickness for seam 2 greater than 14
metres with 7 intersections thicker than 20m.
o Five of the 18 holes reflect seam 2 thickness between 7 and 14 metres.
? Of all holes that intersected seam 2, shallowest was at 60m and deepest was at
98m.
? Geometry further confirms shallow, thick coal seams suitable for large scale strip
or terrace mining.
