while all the eligible share holders missed out on the shortfall, including myself, ODN management and VIP,s know that now the only way to buy is on market... and while you buy ... they sell..
Very simple... time will pass and once they have finished feeding the fish and made their set target profit the announcement will come out and then we will know exactly what the company will be worth ( or should I say how much we are paying for gridcomm) ... but then doesn't matter as they already made the money .. ODN will probably get slammed down on the news ( if the price is excessive ) and that's when they will buy back in..

Why do you think ODN is not releasing top shareholders list? Because it will change after the top shareholders have offloaded and there will be no trace of who they were!!
